TEM JEOL JEM2100

The JEOL JEM2100 is a microscope suitable for both imaging and electron diffraction experiment. It is fitted with a LaB6 filament and has a high tilt pole piece enabling experiments requiring large tilt ranges. It is equipped with a high performance hybrid detector designed for low dose electron diffraction work (ASI Timepix 512x512). It has two CCD cameras (Gatan Orius). A number of holders are available including cryo-transfer, high tilt range and heating holders.
