Development of High-performance Organic and Hybrid Radiation Scintillators
My research is focused on developing highly efficient and stable organic and hybrid organic-inorganic radiation scintillators. These materials offer notable advantages, including cost-effectiveness, low-temperature and large-scale manufacturability, and toxic elements free properties, positioning them as strong candidates for next-generation semiconductors and flexible electronics. My work aims to bridge critical gaps in performance and durability while preserving the inherent benefits of these sustainable materials. Advancing high-performance radiation scintillators is crucial for enabling sensitive detection and high-resolution imaging across various applications, including medical diagnostics, industrial inspection, energy sector, and beyond.
