The JEOL JEM2100F is a microscope suitable for TEM and STEM imaging. It is fitted with a Schottky-type field emission gun. It is equipped with a 2k x 2k CCD (Gatan Ultrascan 1000) for TEM imaging with a point resolution of 1.9Å. It is set up with several detectors for STEM imaging. Analytical experiments are available using both EDX (Resolution=138eV, Detectable Z≥B) and EELS (Gatan GIF Tridiem). A number of holders are available including cryo-transfer, high tilt range and heating holders.
