Treesearch Meet is back with a study visit to Stockholm University organised by SU’s Treesearch Infrastructure specialists in collaboration with the Stockholm University Center for Circular and Sustainable Systems (SUCCeSS). 

This is an opportunity to visit Treesearch Infrastructure available at SU, to interact with Treesearch Infrastructure application specialists and coordinators, as well as to learn more about research programme and activities within the SUCCeSS.

Registration is free and open for you who are associated to Treesearch. The number of places is limited.

This study visit is divided into two parts: an introduction to (SUCCeSS), Treesearch Infrastructure, research presentations, followed by guided lab tours in smaller groups to the SU facilities. 

This a Treesearch Meet event with focus on infrastructure; a study visit to expand cooperation between partners in Treesearch and create contacts between organisations.

Docent at the Department of Materials and Environmental Chemistry (MMK) at Stockholm University. His research circles around electron microscopy, electron diffraction and its applications on structural characterization of materials

Professor in Materials Chemistry, member of the Scientific Council for Natural and Engineering Sciences at the Swedish Research Council, deputy director for the MISTRA Safechem programme

Mika H. Sipponen

Associate Professor, leads the Sustainable Materials Chemistry (SUSMATCHEM) research group at the Department of Materials and Environmental Chemistry. His research focus on topics related to lignin chemistry and biomass processing, embracing industrially aligned multidisciplinary research
