Park NX20 is an AFM system with a scan range of 100x100x15um. It is a complete system with all basic modes, i.e. non-contact, force/mechanical but also fully complete with electrical characterizations: electrical-conductivity, photoconductivity, electrical-capacitance measurements techniques.
Treesearch aims at creating a national platform to support the research on new materials from the forest. Research projects conducted within Treesearch research areas and the researchers who are active in these projects are welcome to join the platform.
