BIB Hitachi IM4000 – Argon ion-beam cross-section polisher

Hitachi IM4000 is an Argon-based broad ion beam (BiB) milling  system for cross-sectioning and surface polishing of various types of materials. The width of the of the cross-cut can be as broad as 4 mm width.
