- He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Mid Sweden University with backgrounds in materials science, hydrometallurgy, and surface and colloidal chemistry. His research interests lie in the development of functional biomaterials in the fields of energy, electronic, optoelectronic, sensors, and filtration systems. The focus is on both fundamental and applied investigations, including studies on understanding the interactions among the different biomacromolecules and inorganic compounds in polar and non-polar systems.
