Research area:
I am interested in mechanical characteristics of wood and wood fibers as a bio-based porous structure to shape stabilize and micro-encapsulate organic bio-based phase change materials (OBPCMs) for energy storage purposes in buildings. We aim at enhancing thermal and physical capabilities of wood fibers as cost effective, renewable and sustainable bio-based materials for building applications with focus on energy management.
