The conference is open and free to attend for you who are associated to Treesearch, or are working at a Treesearch partner.

Practical details for the conference

When: May 24 – 25. The program starts May 24 with lunch at 12.00 and ends May 25 at 16.00.

Who can attend: Treesearch associated (e.g., researcher, PhD student, postdoc, industrial specialist) or working at a Treesearch partner. You can also be a special invited guest.

Cost: Treesearch covers the conference fee, including all meals, for you who are associated to Treesearch or are an employee at a Treesearch partner. Participants cover the cost for accommodation and travel. 

Accommodation: Please note that all participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. 

Venues: The conference will take place at different venues including study visits to Lund University and MAX IV. Day 1 will take place at Kårhuset, Kemicentrum, and M-building at Lund University. Day 2 will take place at Bricks and MAX IV. We suggest to bring clothes according to weather conditions as well as comfortable shoes to walk in. 

Changes in your registration: If you want to change any details in your registration contact registrator@treesearch.se. 

Important dates: Last day to submit abstract is April 24 and last day to register is May 5. In case of cancellation after the 10th of May, Treesearch reservs the right to take out a fee for covering the costs of administration.

Abstract submission

Submit an abstract to participate in the poster session on Day 1! Abstract submission is open to everyone who is interested or engaged in the area of materials characterization and processing. It is not a requirement to have used large-scale synchrotron facilities or Treesearch Research Infrastructure before. We will present all abstracts and posters on the conference website. 
You submit your abstract in the registration form.
