Composite soft actuators derived from ionic polymers and cellulose nanofibrils

This project is to build up new soft actuators derived from polymers and cellulose nanofibrils via ionic interactions and supramolecular interactions. Both membrane actuators and fiber actuators are targetted. The applications of these suft actuators in sensing and soft robotics will be investigated.
